Showing horse to potential buyers
Analyzing videos or perspective horses
Travel to potential horses (Buyer is responsible for hotel fees, airline fees, meals, and day fees)

15% of the selling price if only buying/leasing or only selling/leasing or $1000 min
12% if selling/leasing and buying leasing (minimum $500)
Day fee for trips to look at sale horses:
Full Day $400
Half Day $300
All fees are to be paid at conclusion of trip
